this is a darn steep slide. I'm 23, and I'D be scared. lol. the angle is very powerful. great job keeping annoying glare off the slide. I think the reflections add a bit of symetry to the already very symetrical photo. Great job and good luck in the challenge.

May I say that this is an odd looking toilet. For one, it almost looks metal rather than porcelain. Also, the flusher is on the right hand side, and I'm used to seeing it on the left hand side. It's also strange to see the piping running into the sides of the toilet rather than the bottom. I have to wonder where this photo was taken. Maybe it's just me, but it's definately different. You did a great job in portraying "through a childs eyes" the angle is great for that. The lighting is very good also. Great job and good luck in the challenge.

She is very beautiful. I love the colors in her dress. Is that a bunny in her basket? I like how she is set off to the right like that and the background brings her out of the picture perfectly. There is a white spot in the bottom left corner that looks like a blemish. Lighting is great and the angle is also very good. Great job portraying childhood. Good luck in the challenge.

I'm still trying to figure this out...looks like a real man, but I don't want to say that in cause I'm wrong I"ll look like a complete nut head. Lighting and angle are great. very subtle reflection in the mud puddle. I like this photo very much.. good luck in the challenge.

Interesting twist to childhood. Just goes to show that not all are the same. The idea behind this photo is great. I like how the light shines in and how it's lit like that, however t he color is odd to me. It looks liek it's been really post edited. I could be wrong. Maybe it was taken with night vision. I'm not sure what those photos look like, so who am I to say? nice photo and good luck in the challenge.

Definately depicts childhood. I like the concept behind this, however the angle is a little odd. I think I would like to have seen more of the cake and on top of the table. You captured the candles very nicely, and the whole "birthday" theme is very clear. I wish the lighting were constant throughout the photo. It seems darker on the right than it is on the left. Overall great idea. Good luck in the challenge.

Take a bite out of crime. If the internet was the worst thing we had to worry about with our kids, it would be a good world. DARE, McGruff, and Smokey were all popular when I was young. Might not have thought much about them then, other than they were pretty cool talking animals, but the "older wiser" me sees that these were an important part of keeping us safe. This is a great childhood photo. lighting and placement are great. This photo is good without the head on angle. great job and good luck in the challenge.

"You weren't raised in a barn...shut that door!" Definately a part of my childhood, thats for sure. Great job of capturing that moment. I'm not one for exaggerated bright spots, or shadows, but I must say I think it works here. I think the bright sun draws attention to the fact that the door is open. Good job and good luck in the challenge.

You will have to forgive me if I'm not exactly sure what's going on here. I see a suction cup santa, that looks like he might be driving a sleigh, indicated by the antlers coming out of santas head. There are other little santas hanging from a tree and some google-eye x-ray glasses. I think the angle could have been better, to maybe show the "story" a bit better. The santa in the front is really dark and covers up most of what is going on in the background. Just because I don't get it, doesn't mean you didn't though. I mean, I wasn't there, so without seeing everything, it's just hard for me to see. I think it depicts childhood (for most kids) very well, by including santa in there. good luck in the challenge.

The title is the only thing I can get out of this photo that really has to do with childhood, unless you were tying to portray the fact that we never really lose our childhood. I do consider it to "meet the challenge" because there are a lot of possibilities for personal experiences in this challenge. Childhood doesnt smack me in the face here, but that doesn't mean it doesn't for you. So setting all that aside, this is a really great photo. The angle is very nice and the lighting is great. The color of the pool makes for a really great background. The object (person?) in the upper left is unfortunate, but doesn't take away from her smile at all. great shot and good luck in the challenge.
