Up late working on photos. Kind of like me most nights. I love the angle here, the perspective is really nice. I even like how it's not a direct shot of the garbage, but also shows the rubbermaid logo of the trash can. I think the use of black and white is great here. Some of the color trash photos I've seen have been unimpressive. Great shot. Good luck in the challenge. ~hbunch7187~

That is a whole lot of pallets. It looks like the shelving in the foreground colapsed?? Definately garbage now, what ever happened. Ok, My hubby works for Minute Maid, and I see some Tropicana boxes, and he just confirmed, that it looks like this one either got knocked down (and someone fired) or it colapsed. That scares me cause he works in the warehouse in the exact same conditions as this. Anyway, nice angle to capture this. Also might qualify as a doc. or journalism photo too. yikes! what IS this? I think I appreciate the black and white here, as if all this stuff was many colors, then it might seem too busy, however, with the black and white, you minimize the amout of colors in the shot, making it look more uniform. Your angle shows a lot of garbage. The cropping/framing are nice as well. Overall a nice shot. Good luck in the challenge. ~hbunch7187~

I like how this shot seems divided into 3 parts. The whitish part in the lower left, then the rust spot through the middle, and then finally the green grass in the upper right. Your focus is great, both on the rusty item, and on the grass. your dof has make the edge of the rusty item really stand out and beg to be looked at. nice angle and framing/cropping really make this photo. Well, it's definately not new anymore. Love the bullet holes all over everything. I might have liked to see more of that bus here too, maybe as the background.
