Jetty and Flats, Provincetownby Bear_MusicComment: This is magnificent! I've been telling myself that I REALLY don't need a 20D/350D. My little Olympus is perfectly fine, I tell you ... fine! You and this damn lens have once again cruelly exposed the flimsy construction of my fortress of self-delusion. Mercy! I submit! Mercy! |

Sun Setby Khalid-MsdComment: Brilliant. I've rated 115 images so far, and they are, with just two exceptions, absolutely dreadful. My own included, now that I look at it again. So not only do I not care that you haven't met the challenge, I actually welcome it. In fact I applaud it: BRAVO! 9 (Had to deduct a point ... after all, you haven't met the challenge) |

Bomaz Farm - lane & stallsby undieyatchComment: This is very nice. Meticulous exposure to retain good interior detail across the range. Packed with interesting repeating patterns and marvellous textures. The sort of image that repays a couple of moments study. 9 |

Ice Cream Socialby sibelingComment: I love this unusual composition. You perhaps chose this point-of-view mainly to be discrete, but I think you should claim to have done it deliberately because it makes for a fascinating image with a lot of artistic merit. There will be those who protest that the foreground booth, the chair, the window frames, etc are distracting. Take no notice whatsoever! 9 |

-- Icy White --by trobergeComment: It's very appealing; a pretty model with perfect skin, hair & eyes for your idea, great little details (the white background/top lip/straps), slightly off-centre composition & asymmetrical shoulder level creates just a tiny hint of tension, and the understated presence of the milk puts emphasis where it should be (on the charming model) without weakening the overall Dairy theme of the shot. 9 |

The Moo Moo Sisterhoodby Links 2 3 4Comment: Ha! Love this ... it's a terrific capture to have seen and photographed three such similar ladies so effectively. Contrary to what most people would imagine, it's quite unusual for this level of similarity of markings, especially together. You certainly made the most of the opportunity! 8 |

Heliophileby bicrayComment: Deserved so much more, Ramon. Alas, too many conventional thinkers (actually, too many who don't appear to think at all). Nevertheless, you did improve your challenge record a bit, which was probably of little consequence to you. And you taught a few a lovely new word. But more to the point, you surely achieved your goal vis-a-vis personality, as the many appreciative comments below attest. Thanks to both of you. Bravo! Pays du Fromageby krystofaComment: Finally! An image with some thought behind it. Such a clever idea and such a welcome relief! 9 |
