I guess people did not see the blur in the people's movement. That's a shutter speed choice related thing.
Interesting scene, so contradictionary. Classic architecture with modern lights and a woman in a short skirt and a guy who looks like a sailor.

Hmm hmm, where could this be. The bridge loos familiar. Is this anywhere near Ransdorp, just North of Amsterdam? There is this kind of bridge where you can jump with your motorcycle on a very small road in the 'polderland'.

The contrast/light is a bit strange. While the view is nice to cows deserve more exposure attention. I like it how you positioned the bridge to contain what could be one of the two skyscrapers in Amsterdam.
