Breezeby AnastasiaComment: I'm sure you're getting a lot of "views" on this - going after the sex appeal crowd will certainly get it loaded in the browser. Not sure why this image is in this challenge - I guess the lady is your one "item" to add to an empty room? Speaking of empty rooms, I'm not seeing enough empty room to know that it is a room. Looks more like a corner of the room. I'm not voting on this, but I can't imagine giving it more than an average score based on the above comments. Best of luck to you in the challenge. |

Dualby darnokComment: What's the spot on the left side of the glass? I can't tear my eyes away from it! ;^) |

How the Grass Growsby shankswareComment: Ver nice. Love the shutter speed choice to stop the water spray as you have. Well composed also. Good luck in the challenge. |

sign of lifeby tateComment: This looks like a parking garage, although it's most likely an old industrial building. Interesting concept with the feather. Would work better in a smaller space...doesn't feel much like a "room". Having a hard time explaining what I mean - sorry. Guess it's too much space to get a personal connection with the subject for this challenge. |

abandonmentby sysopComment: Well, the beachball is positioned correctly, and it's not a chair. ;^) As for the room it doesn't feel much like a room. Seems more industrial (which it is) or like a parking garage with windows. Not sure why I'm mentioning the room type. Maybe because the size of the room makes this image feel less personal. The child's toy in this kind of space seems a bit disconnected. Sorry if my ramblings aren't helpful...I'm just shooting from the hip as the thoughts come in on your entry for this challenge. Good luck. |

needs restoration ...by coolharComment: Not sure how you could've done anything differently, but the view outside the window is distracting. I like your choice of color for the border. Wow. That's the second border I've commented on in this challenge. I guess if I'm going to notice the border (the black ones are usually a given) it should be for a good reason as it is in your case. ;^)
The exposure for this arrangement looks tricky to not underexpose the room, nor overexpose the window sunlight on the wall. Looks fine from here. Good luck in the challenge. |

Emptinessby CarmelynnComment: Simple...could work. This might be stronger if the chair wasn't centered, the curtains weren't visible, and the wall outlet not directly behind the chair.
New house? If so - congrats! Good luck in the challenge. |
