I hope you've put this in a frame somewhere. It's a wonderful, fun capture of this young fella. I'm hard pressed to find any bokeh in this shot however. Don't worry...not voting, just browsing. ;^) Good luck.

I have an outtake similar to this. ;^) I like the way you composed this with the diagonal across the image. The shadows on the main fern are kinda cool, from the leaves above). Not really seeing too much bokeh in here (you've probably already heard that...).

The doves in this shot seem to glow. So white. You did a nice job of exposing this image. Tricky to get decent shots midday without really harsh shadows, but you pulled it off here. One thing you might consider is an alternate crop/composition by positioning the doves in the upper right thirds grid, or lower right thirds grid (they seem a bit too centered). Use the angle of the roof as a leading line.

I like your choice of subject matter for this entry, and your choice of post-processing in B/W. The faceplates on the wall next to the subject are a bit distracting but not sure how you could get around them. Maybe since it was advanced editing they could have been removed as a distracting element?

Think I'm looking at a winner here! Love the blue tone, it's wonderful. Very nice bokeh AND it adds to the image (plus the title helps). Only nitpick is the spider may be a little soft. Oh, you are SOOOO close on this one! If the white wasn't blown out I'm sure this would be scoring near the top. I love the contrasting colors and the blue in the background is very nice. Best of luck to you in the challenge.
