That's a tough one to stop motion on. You almost succeded, just a little blur in the wings. Actually, looking closer I think what looks like blur is actually from DOF. Bummer. Many people are going to see it as motion blur I'm afraid. :( Nonetheless. Congrats on a nice capture. Good luck in the challenge.

That has to feel good with all the heat! ;^) This is one time where a centered composition works fine - can't see any other way to frame it. I do wonder how it would look in a portrait orientation with some of the sides cropped out (including some of the water spray edges)? Just a thought. Fun image nonetheless. Hey! I know that water fountain!!! Just kidding... I do pass a couple of them similar and this type of image did cross my mind. ;^) I'm thinking this will end up middle of the pack. The stopped motion is bit too far away I think for maximum impact. JMO of course. Good luck in the challenge.
