KYEOTBAAT - Keep Your Eyes On The Ball At All Timesby hotpastaComment: Great action shot - nice novel for a title. The desat works very well here to isolate the ball. Too bad you had to describe your acronym in the title, with this photo it may have been deciphered without the description. Maybe shortened some to KYEOTB? Regardless, good luck in the challenge. |

T.I.M: Time Is Moneyby kiwinessComment: This is a cool photo in a fashion kind of way. Very well executed with the lighting, focus, etc... Without the description in the title (which is a little bit of the easy way out for this challenge IMO) the connection of T.I.M. to Time Is Money would be quite difficult. Nonetheless, I wish you luck in the challenge. |

WOW -- World of Wondersby nidiciComment: I guess maybe it's a good thing you put the description in your title, because I'd never have guessed that one. I would have just figured it meant 'Wow', like amazing, but then it wouldn't be an acronym. As for the photo, it's "ok". Looks like it may have been underexposed some and pushed back (water very grainy). Sharpening left a halo all the way around her body. I do like how you stopped motion with the water drops coming off of her hand. Good luck in the challenge. |

PDQby mpetersComment: This is such a great combination of items it almost seems fake (like photoshopped in) - I'm sure it's not, just an observation. The clouds are PERFECT, and the timing to get that plane in there - way cool! Add a curving, meandering road and the speed limit sign - what more could you ask for? I'd have cloned out the car bottom right. :D PDQ - I guess you're either talking about the plane - or - the photographer reaction - or - the shutter speed. Very well done. Congratulations! |

OMG !!!!!!!!!!by SandyPComment: Wonderfully meets the acronym - good for a laugh. If this didn't have a minor problem with blurriness it'd get a 10 from me. As is, it's still good for a 7. Best of luck to you in the challenge. |

R.I.P.by LOWLANDSComment: Considering the weather and location, your choice of B/W is a good one. Nice job of working the sky to enhance the gloomy look. Acronym is a bit on the easy side, but you did fine with the image part of it. BTW, it is legal to clone out dust spots. :D Good luck in the challenge. |

RSPBby rosiehallComment: Funny how the mind plays tricks with words/letter combinations. When I first saw your acronym I thought it was RSVP. As for your image, I think the aspect ration works fine for this. The details aren't quite there (soft focus on the birds), and it's a little noisy/grainy. Really not sure what the acronym is (probably something made up), but I can hazard a couple of guesses mentally. Overall, an OK job - good luck in the challenge. |

SNAFU: Situation Normal All FORKED Upby NaldComment: This is a wonderful image as far as clarity/sharpness, composition, and interest. Regarding the acronym, I would have connected it somewhat to your photo. Bummer you had to forego letting the image speak for itself and describe your acronym in the title. |

Cafe by the Coastby ShmeeComment: Nice use of ambient lighting here, and I like the way the empty foreground pulls the viewer into the frame. Probably wouldn't have done too well with those strickly looking for a "Street" theme - but it's a very nice image IMO. |
