Kayak Dreamcicleby TlemetryComment: I like this (mostly). The kayak is a fun subject for this photo. The greyscale part isn't working too well for me - I think the foliage is too light and the water should be darker. Just seems off. JMO of course. Good luck.

Fisherman's friendby tomzComment: The lightening of the clouds works well with the subject, although I have NO idea what the subject is. :) Looks like a big bobber! Is it a marker of sorts (like a buoy) to warn boaters of the rocks? Hmmm. Good luck to you in the challenge.

bubbleby rachelellenComment: Simple, fun, nice. I like the creative path you took here for this challenge. Almost wish there was just a bit more for the bg - almost too simple in a way. Good luck in the challenge.

Baby Bluesby LeeDComment: Why so sad? I like what you've done with the desat. Works well. This kind of photo is challenging in the sense that I can appreciate wanting to capture the emotion, but at the same time it makes me wonder when someone is obviously sad and distressed how can you take time to grab a camera instead of comforting the child? Personally, I wouldn't be able to take this photo. Obviously, JMO. :) Good luck in the challenge.

Sun Kissedby SeanachaiComment: Clever use of desat here. Nice. The greyscale area could be a little richer in tonal range IMO (true white/true black). Perhaps a touch more contrast also? JMO of course. :) Good luck in the challenge.
