I really like the soft dreamy feel of this, and IMO it fills the frame with the subject (although I'd suggest a slight crop on the left to remove the small void in the lower left corner). Choice of colortone is obviously a personal one. More natural yellow would work better for me. All JMO of course. Good luck in the challenge.

Fooled me. :) Someone had mentioned they thought this was yours during the challenge. I thought this park only had elk, these look like mule deer.

When I saw this in the challenge, I immediately liked it for the vision the photographer had for urban landscape and a feel for the city (gave it an 8 for what that's worth). Helter skelter, noisy, busy, crowded...lots of movement.

Took some gonads to enter this if you had any interest in a decent score. Based on your notes in the Photographer's Comments, it appears you entered this because you liked it. :)

Kudos to you! Keep the vision and the passion.

Not a photo for the masses on DPC for this particular challenge. Grand vistas were probably more called for regarding a 'landscape'. You even went against the grain and took this in portrait orientation. :)

All that said, I like this for the message, and the truth in what you've captured. It's really a shame how disgusting, selfish, and thoughtless people can be at times. No trash can? No problem. Somebody else will pick it up.

I think you did a nice job with this regarding the theme. It was a top ten pick for me. Best of luck to you in future challenges.

Dang! I almost missed the couple by the waterfront. That really changes the context of this photo. Nice job seeing that and bringing it into the image to add a sense of scale. Good work controlling the exposure on those lights as well. Good luck in the challenge.

Hard to tell if that's water or ice. Neat reflections! Looks like garages, but there's no street. Is it a flooded street? Could be sandbags on the edge there. Hmmm. Guess I won't know until the challenge is over. :) Good luck.
