I noticed this in pawdrix favorite photographs list.

The placement of the primary subject (at least primarily driven by title) is wonderful. The shadow play in the foreground is a delightful journey to the subject and could be the subject alone quite easily.

Good eye to see this! Looks like some movement there on shutter release maybe? Could be a bit sharper - seems a little overprocessed. Can you go back - this is a cool subject! :)

The long exposure on this adds some nice interest. Love the sky and the cloud movement. I may have to try something like this. :)

That's a dapper looking dude. :) Can't help but wonder what he's looking at. I've looked, but can't really tell, by checking out the reflections in his glasses.

Not sure if you had any planning in this shot, or if it was just a quick candid, but the girl in the bg is distracting (only because she's there but OOF, and not OOF enough). Gives this a somewhat snapshottish feel.

Day 22 - Butterfly

In a way, I find this refreshing. By having the butterfly somewhat distant it gives the viewer a feeling of being there and having scared off the butterfly. Compositionally, this feels a tad off balance. I want to shift everything right into that open space and give the butterfly more room on the left. :)

Day 21 - Bokeh

This is fun. It's almost like the main subject is on stage and the large circles (bg-right) are the spotlights. :)

Not sure if it's just the distance, or if they're soft, but the buds of the main plant seem a tad OOF?

Very good eye to see this shot.

You do know that since this image is in your 'Workshop' it's not visible by others just browsing your portfolio, and I don't think this will show up in the Browse Photos/Recently Commented On area of DPC.
