This is interesting. If you could have gotten the primary exposure sharper (non blurry) this would score at least 1 to 2 points higher IMO. Nonetheless a creative effort. Good luck in the challenge.

I really like how you had a nice solid foundation for the camera. The buildings and office windows are tack sharp, yet you have people in motion and the vehicle lights for impact. Nicely done!

A little bizarre, yet interesting. :-) I like the captured motion. The exposure ran just a little long and has blown some highlights (particularly the flowers). The sun flare adds a little wonder, like "what the heck is it?", at first glance. You'll certainly be slowing some viewers down to check this out - hopefully! Good luck.
