I'm trying to come up with something thoughtful regarding this image. I do like the lighting. It feels more overhead than what you'd see in backlighting. The main subject feels lonely and distant to me. Also, I have NO idea what that title refers to ... scientific listing for this mushroom perhaps?

Nice sunset. Not quite getting "backlighting" in the way I think it's meant in the challenge. I could be wrong. I'm sure this will still do well as it's a lovely capture.

I like the energy and the overall feeling of that early lighting but I'm having a difficult time finding anyplace to land and settle in. It would have been awesome to isolate, at least a little, one of those (bee balm?) heads as a focal point.
