Dallas Towers (A530)by Yo_SpiffComment: I'm starting to feel like I know my way around Dallas. :-P Another nice shot of the downtown buildings. Do you have a decent zoom lens? That reflection in the lower right is FANTASTIC and would be a great shot with just that scene isolated. |

Terminatrixby pixelpigComment: Oooohhhh! I LIKE this! I think of all the abstract, PP mirroring kind of shots you've taken, this is my favorite thus far. I absolutely LOVE the face created in the bottom center on this. Oh WAIT! Just saw the face up top also...which is much larger and scarier. Still like the bottom one better for it's clarity. Very fun photo workup here. :-) |

Project Lumix FZ35: "nest"by pixelpigComment: Starting to see a trend here with some of your shots. :-) I like the shot you took the other day, using the same props, a little better. Again, I think the paper bag works well, but the peanuts may be a little busy - or it could be just that one half open piece (with the hot white showing) is throwing it off. |

A Waterfallby LeoComment: It appears a conscious effort was made to keep the whole reflection in the foregroud...seems to work well IMO. Positioning of the waterfall off-center gives good balance to the comp. Whites a tad bit blown. Can you attach a circular polarizer to your camera? Would add a different dimension to this photo in controlling the wet reflections on some of the rocks. Just a thought. Nice capture overall! |

6 stormby karmatComment: Nice color pop! That's the first thing that comes to mind. Love the blue tones of the bg mountains against the foreground trees. Clarify is a wonderful tool, isn't it? I might have hit this with a light shot of Salt & Pepper (set to 1,1) to clean up the near foreground trees just a bit. |

7by karmatComment: Nice lineup...I hope you did well with your choices for the fair.
It's funny how you can tell when a photographer has a camera in hand when looking at the results. Even with a cell phone and a potentially snapshottish subject, you've added some drama to this with the angle and POV. The poking out pen, notepad, and hint of table & chair add everyday context and tension. |

:-P
Nice color and strategic positioning of the main flower head. |

9by karmatComment: I always think about taking this kind of shot, but usually forget to actually DO it. :-) Don't know what shutter speed you used, but it caught the droplet action very well. The color cast is perfect and natural. Nice catch! |

Crosswalkby GermaineComment: This is fun. Almost has a painterly feel to it now with the PP applied. Not saying that's bad, just different, and in this case works just fine. I'd almost consider pushing it even farther to a watercolor painting look for the fun of it. Those colors really jump out! |

Missouri River @ Yankton by annigComment: I really like the foreground / background working together on this to create some drama and interest. Did you consider cropping a smidge off the bottom of this? |
