Not sure how you could have controlled the exposure better (maybe combine two different ones) to keep the volcanic action and the lights from overexposing. The snowy mountain and foreground are fine...

I can understand the interest in this subject - it's a pretty scene. The image seems a little bit soft (could be intentional I guess). Darn powerlines are an eyesore. I suppose they could be legally edited out in Advanced, but I doubt I'd have the patience for doing it either. :-)
