Nice portrait of this bird. Good deep color and nice details. Did you do something to the brown/blue area of the background? Seems to be more noise there than anywhere else.

It's "ok"...a little busy with the wood posts in the water and the bare branches on the left. A tighter comp of the towers and their water reflection might be interesting. Just a thought. Good luck.

I wonder what a polarizer would have done for you on this? Hmmm....wait, maybe you did use one, the sky is a nice dark blue. Just observing that the yellow and red seem a tad washed out, but the paint could be getting old on the building. So...nevermind. :-) I like how you positioned yourself to get a nice slice of blue around to the right-hand side. BTW - What did you clone out over there on the right?
