A Facade of Sortsby dreambigxoxoComment: I found this to be an interesting entry. Wondering if the 'Miniature Effect' bleeding into the lower stone area had any impact on your score. Overall I like the color and detail.
About time to enter a new challenge, don't you think? :-) |

standbyby NiallOTuamaComment: I usually don't care for the textured overlay, but the feel you've given this is very journalistic overall. A story here. As a viewer I'm intrigued. |

1821 - Constable's Englandby BlueDragonComment: Such a lovely location. Would love to spend some time there. Noticed that it's been nearly 17 years since your last entry ... you should consider jumping back in. :-) |

Hal 2022by KodakComment: I like the approach you took with this image. The comment you made in the "Photographer's Comments" is so true! :-)
One thing that could have made this a little stronger, IMO, would have been to try and reduce the glare on the headlight housing. Either a polarizing filter (at the time of image capture), or possibly the use of 'clarify' in post would have worked. |

Come On Downby ElaineComment: Whoa! A bit of vertigo when this first loads on your screen. :-) I like the processing choices you made on this to make the bricks really standout. Interesting effect at the bottom landing area as it's hard to tell what's there ... mysterious! |

Untitledby cynthiannComment: This was a gutsy call for the challenge theme. It takes a bit of thinking to process whereas a more traditional "vanishing point" is easier to identify. Wonderful tones and detail. So ... how long did it take that drop of water to vanish past the tip of the leaf? :-) |

Got the truck runnin' yet? by NikonJebComment: This is a very nice photo and I see what you did in attaching it to the challenge theme with the title. Know what would have made it even more awesome? An old tool box open (or slightly open) and tools hanging out - like the project was abandoned, or under serious procrastination. :-) |

On The Ballby dponlymeComment: I like the texture you've captured here. The dark dividing line adds a bit of mystery. Kind of wish that you hadn't titled it to give away the subject so quickly - prefer abstracts to be a journey of questions and discovery.
It's been 14 years since entering a challenge. About time to dip your toes in the water again? :-) |

Concourse Fby webbsmComment: I like this. Without the description in the "Photographer's Comments" I'd be stumped as to what it is. I like the way you composed this image. Very interesting. |
