Yes. This would have been a 6, maybe a 7. Much stronger B&W and because of that it takes it more into an abstract realm. IMO of course. :-)

Beautiful B&W image. Subject material is "ok" ... not that abstract (a little I suppose). Looks like a great place to have on your list to visit with a camera once in a while. Good luck.

Upside down apartment / hotel balcony - with a tilt. Nice handling of B&W tones. Only nit (big one) is the abstract feel of this is somewhat thin IMO.

Ok-dokie. Drawers, yep. A bit thin on the abstract feel IMO. I do like the light streak coming in from the upper-left.

First thought ... I like it. Interesting pattern and subject. Has a little 'golden ratio' going on here and a way of keeping a smooth flow throughout. Well done.

Abstract? I mean as a parent this is a cool photo, and many others will find this an intriguing, honest moment (as do I) - just don't see this image working in this challenge. My opinion. Good luck.
