shatteredby messerschmittComment: I love this image, being able to look in through one window and back out through others, and being able to see the disorder inside the building as well. Good lighting, good composition, nice textures throughout. Very interesting shot. <7> |

Door that's closed for everby tiki28Comment: This could have been a great shot, with the warmth of the wooden textures against the cool colors and textures of the rocks surrounding the door, but this entire image lacks punch. It's flat and muddy, and needs some serious contrast for starters. Interesting composition, however <5> |

Im still standing after all these yearsby yogiboo17Comment: This looks exactly like the old hunting cabin we used when I was a kid. I had thoughts of returning there for this challenge, but actually found another subject. This is wonderully represented, and I'm sure part of my scoring is sentimental. There is outstanding color and greet representation of different textures; exactly what the challenge called for. Very, Very Nice. <8> |

The Brave Unknownby rexComment: Such a sad, sad story. My entry to the Cemetary Challenge was about confederate soldiers as well, except, being from NY, the confederate soldiers in my photos were dead prisoners. I'm really glad that there were a number of people who used the Civil War as their theme to this challenge. I very nearly did an "Unknown Soldier" site as well, but thought the story of John Jones was one I wanted to share.

Flying Yby cwalmyeComment: This is an interesting image, but one of the many in this challenge that don't seem to be "well photographed". I'm affraid many images in this challenge were created with the "letter" in mind and everyone tossed out the window everything they had learned about photography. Although you have captured a "letter" in nature, I'm sorry, but I find this photo uninteresting to look at. <4> |

Do you see the reasons "Y" I love "D"?by rainbowdykeComment: Poor Image Quality, and had your model been standing facing the other direction, I might have given you credit for the "D", but please keep in mind that in this case, the "D" is a man-created measurement, and not an actual letter. |
