Holyby kosmikkreeperComment: Excellent composition!!! Nicely done all around. One thing I would try is to pull back on the yellows a bit, but still very nice as is. |

Extreme Dynamic Rangeby bryanbrazilComment: Nice shot! I really like the rays shining through onto the mountains giving them that glow. This has got to be California, I'm thinking just north of the Grapevine off the 5? |

Movement .... (No equipment was harmed in the taking of this picture)by liltritterComment: Holy cabooses!!! This is actually kind of scary! I can actually see the heat dissipation from the wheel bending the air around it like a hot desert mirage, at least I think that's what it is. Glad to hear the camera made it through, and you obviously did as well. Maybe you should stick to less dangerous subjects for a while, like flowers and butterflies. :-) This is one VERY interesting perspective in this challenge, and I've been staring at it in disbelief on how you did this. |

The Railyardby lkn4truthComment: Nice shot. Might be even better cropped from the right to an 8x10 format (1.25/1 ratio) so she's not so centered. |

Wine & Rideby runericComment: Hey, I know this place! Lot's of fun train rides there, I've taken my boy to Thomas and the Polar Express there MANY times. My "Pull Over" shot was just down the road from here.
Nice shot, maybe if it was just a tad wider to include the front of the train and the steps/foreground leading up to the tracks. |

Foundationsby m2iwComment: I hope this is a retired track or that you're a real fast runner! Nice creative out of the box thinking here with the ultra-low perspective. I think the narrow depth of field would be better suited if the second spike and rail were the focal point though, the little bit of rocks and the plant aren't quite enough to be a subject or to hold one's interest for too long. Just my two bits, meant to be constructive. |
