Girls Soccerby audinutComment: The colors are hurting my eyes. I do not think that such hue shift helps the shutter speed effect that this challenge is all about. |

Blue Hen Fallsby docurrieComment: Tough to criticize - but the composition is - unusual. My eyes are constantly jumping from top to bottom, rarely resting in the middle of the photo. The top suffers from a very narrow strip of illuminated forest in the background. If you cropped it more, you would lose the impact on the waterfall, it would look strange. If you let more of it in the photo, you would either have to cut the bottom out or make it wider to avoid having a vertical panoramic shot that would do poor given DPC constraint on 640 px.
Love the leaves color (the same comment I left to 2 other images of running water with golden leaves), but your composition is puzzling. Can't score this higher than 7. Good luck! |

Rush Hourby marboComment: The only thing off here is a title - doesn't seem to be too busy of a highway. Also, you should consider flipping it horizontally as the majority drives on the right side - would look more natural that way. (just kidding)

Sitting on the dock...by aaronb532Comment: Nice capture. It may suffer from the DNMC, as it is not obvious (other than from the star-effect on the lights caused by really small aperture) that this is a long exposure. Still the image has appeal, and that is ultimately what prevails. Good luck! |

High Speed Passby photoneerComment: Hey, the bottom guy is lagging!
Seriously, though, wonderful capture. Sure meets the challenge, as these are fast birds. For some reason, shots of airplanes may not score too high, just because of the lack of the wow-factor overall. While it is great capture, there are only planes in it and no other objects of interest.
Good luck! |

Card Sharkby cardmaverickComment: Interesting choice of the direction of light. Works for me - it kept my attention on this photo longer than average. |

Autumn Watersby OdysseyF22Comment: This one is similar to another one in the challenge, however, the composition is slightly better. The overall tone of the image has been seen on the DPC front page before, and this one may not be an exception. Good luck! |

Quarterbackby whatdewucComment: Too slow, I'm afraid. You needed faster shutter to better capture the moment. |
