But it's okay, really! I'll just be a minute...by tpocComment: All is well, but "online thanking"?!?! Is this worth a parking ticket!?
OK, the lady coming out of the car seems out of focus, which could be because of the blown highlights. Selective desat is OK for the sign, but the lines are unnaturally blue, almost purple. |

The Fleeting Kiss - Hopefully The Wife's Not Looking!!!!by JudiComment: The more I look at it the more I find the pose awkward (his pose, that is. She's natural.)
I'm not sure about the choice for b&w here, and finally, the title makes the challenge match, not the image itself. A slight deduction there. |

Floating on Air?by JeanComment: Whoa! What an illusion! Wonderful take on the challenge, out of the box and long winded, but meets the challenge, and an excellent shot with it! Good luck. |

oops ..by ralphComment: Nice! Lighting is too harsh on 5 aces hand and the contrast overall is too strong. But good idea and good representation of the challenge topic. |

Advanced Editingby idnicComment: Another attempt on DPC - style cheating and a very good one. Good luck!
Is that brush really black and red? |

He's Not Her Husbandby rjksteschComment: I can barely read from that paper... "In our marriage..."
This image therefore relies a lot on the title, which I find wrong. The image is of a man, so if he's not her husband, than she is the cheater as we do not know of his marital status. Better title would have been "She's not his wife".
Still, nice attempt but as I said it relies a lot on the title. |

One Way To Beat Trafficby Mark of SRQComment: Nice catch! One objection is the lack of focus on the motorist. The girl is the object of the photo, the motorist that should be the object is secondary, and would have been ignored if not for the challenge. A different crop perhaps? |

Something Up My Sleeveby dw_photoComment: I thought that there will be something like this one! Nice execution, composition is very good but the lighting seems to be less than perfect. The specific thing that bothers me is the shadow of the left hand thumb on the cards, and the well-lighted ace in the sleeve. That means a different angle could have been perhaps more dramatic, if there was less contrast on the left hand and a spotlight on the sleeve... I'm not sure. |
