Welcome to my nightmareby jimsappComment: Curious lighting. Tones are nice. Without the odd eye, this wouldn't be too surreal. Cropping is quite tight, and background way too present. It comes out quite decent anyway. |

surreal dealby DanSigComment: All the best equipment in the world doesn't cover up lack of vision. I'm sorry, but doesn't work for me at all. (Besides, this is technically lousy: objects can hardly be seen and simultaneously the whites glare.) |

Madeleine's Winter Dreamby holdingtimeComment: The top right corner would have been better done well, but doesn't hurt the overall image at all. This one is quite surreal. I can't help thinking the posture of the head would be better in some other angle. |

Honky Tonkby graphicfunkComment: Extremely nice use two flashes in partial scenes. Or perhaps the used technique was something else. Nevertheless the result works. I like the finishing touches like the beer and costum but can't say like all the object on top of the instrument. Btw. reflection on the bottom right hand side of the piano add up in surreal feeling. |

Electro Grow 3000by NodeComment: This is definitely one of the best ones. Futuroelectrical surreal feeling is here everywhere. I especially like the background finishing touch on back and bottom. I have a feeling it would have been better to have something on bottom left corner, but perhaps that raises the surrealness. |

Beets: A Challenge To The Tyranny Of Color Space Logic (2005)by whagerbaumerComment: Quite curious use of basic editing for this one. But I have to admit I like the results. The fact there's three points of interest here, the top flower, the middle center of plant and the bottom red leaf, perhaps tunes this one into higher surreal feeling that it would deserve. Can't say if the white line on bottom works well or marvellously, but disturbingly nevertheless. White halos are very nice touch. I'd really like to here how did you accomplish this without use of masks etc. |

When the Streets Were Stillby TurkishPressComment: Perhaps this monitor isn't well calibrated but there's no too much to be seen on bottom, which could have been clipped. I might say there's more than a hint of surreal feeling in the scene, but not too much for me to make it special or even fit the topic. |

Wavesby parrotheadComment: Background is nice but the image feels vibrated and soft all over. Perhaps that should have been overdone to bring out the waves out of too well preserved baby. So there's not too much of surreal left. |

Surreal Cathedralby ulydogComment: Perhaps this one is using curves in extreme settings, but nevertheless a bit boring scene works much better. I'm pretty sure there would be interesting details in the neighbourhood of this place of capture I'd suggest you to concentrate. Also, beware of the small but recognizable objects like the one on bottom right. |
