Great job centering this shot. Looks perfect. As does the b/w conversion and contrast. A very eye pleasing shot. Perhaps a tad forceful for the challenge at hand. Many might see this as not abstract. But I do like this. (no vote)

Brilliant capture of bees at work. Needs just a slight boost in contrast and print out and be proud of. You should be :)
The point of focus and control of DOF, this shows great skill. I've seen tons of insect shots and macros a like. This has something special about it. Goes beyond the technicals, which this has a lot good of and steps into the art realm.

Indeed an abstract as an image. A crop of the left to get rid of the sliver and slight mismatch would've perfected it. Not sure if this shot is legal for the challenge being it might be a photo of a photo straight on. But seeing there might be two and that consists of a setup it might squeeze through.(no vote)
