All Moored for the Eveningby chaliceComment: A very nicely composed and exposed for image. Lovely to look at. If I had to nitpick, I would only say the shadows appear a tad too dark and the clarity type effect (or other non-Lightroom equivalent) really deepens the texture to the water, it steals some of the focus off the boats. (non voter) |

“While I can’t walk on water, I can certainly wobble on whisky.” by MikeComment: A very nicely captured image. Would fit the NY Times Food section in style and quality. A cool setup, if not a setup then kudos for making this look so good in the drink's natural environment. Maybe it would've scored higher if the orange wasn't eaten. On the other hand, it adds some humanity. |
