This is one really good shot. The lines and smooth textures are excellent. Very nice lighting and background. For the challenge though a little hue adjustment to make the orange color really red would've probably make this shot score better.

This is quite the whimsy shot. I really like the conceptual part of it. Them being b/w lost in a sea of color. Not sure the shot would've worked as well with the concept you had in mind had they been in color. But I imagine I would've liked the shot either way. I might add this was one of the few shots that really made me think and pause the longest. I like that :)

An amazing capture! The composition is most excellent. The background it nice and smooth, I would also apply noise reduction to the bird's body. There isn't much detail in the dark areas anyway.

Beautiful work capturing this graceful critter. The color tones are excellent. The point of focus is DOF are also very good. Working with such a shallow DOF, getting the right focus isnt easy and this is almost perfect in getting the whole wing in focus as well. The point of focus is perfect though. Do only wish there was a little bit of extra space on the left side. Great job! :)

An excellent retake, Gaby! The shot looks awesome. Everything from the lighting, color , focus. I do sort of prefer the roundish curly shaped heart in the 1st post but this is some great work here.

A most splendid shot overall. Nice composition and exposure. Of the three I like the processing in this one the best. With the tone and the classic looking locomotive , it's like a shot coming out from the Godfather 2 film. But the 1st color version comes in a very close 2nd.
