Wow! You really nailed the lighting in this type of shot. The BW conversion is also remarkable. The eyes look fine to me.

Framed / cropped a bit tight on the bottom, but the lighting is excellent for this type of shot. You look like you are about to sell me some Cuban cigars. :)

Background looks good. Needs more light in front - on the eyes particularly, I think. Also, you should take some ibuprofen for that shoulder pain. ;-)
