A couple things would've made this better (IMHO) - if the focus was on the street or at least if the street was a little more in focus and if there was much more traffic. ;-)

Very cool shot. Not too many images seem to do well with the high contrast thing, but that works very well with this - really brings out her eyes. Nice job.

Turn on the water! ;-) I'm not a big fan of cats, but this is a pretty cool shot. Face seems a bit off focus though and could maybe use a little more contrast.
