Buddiesby bobdaveantComment: Cute - all have great smiles. Color mighta been better though. Something about sepia and old navy that doesn't sit well with me. Nice job though. |

The Playersby bucketComment: Oh - this is one of those things where you guess what the deal is with those people - I'll give it a shot...
She is pregnant and just told her boyfriend standing in front of her. But she also told him the father is his best friend, the guy standing behind him. The 4th guy is saying "I couldn't be the father because I just... "(hand gesture says it all), the last guy is just there waiting for the bus. Am I close?
Hehehe - hope that wasn't offensive. Just havin fun. You've probably been clicking that update button all week getting so tired of watching the fractional movements up or down in your average vote cast and seeing boring comments trickle in - this should've broken the monotony for ya. See - sackheads aren't all bad.
Overall, I like it. Nicely done. |

Five Fivesby bre53Comment: Not sure where you learned to play dice games, but this is actually two 3's, a 4, a 6 and a 1. Doesn't meet the challenge. ...oh wait, there is 5 dice. ;-)
Seriously, as far as pictures of dice go, this is the best one I've seen in this challenge. The crop, focus, lighting and reflection make it stand out. Great job. |

5 Card Studby TommyMoe21Comment: Nicely done. Not hugely attractive like for a wall hanging, but one of the more interesting shots in this challenge. Could be an ad for the World Poker Tournament with white text in the upper left corner. |

Give me fiveby marvinComment: struggling, searching, noticing something colored... Oh, it's a 5th birthday party!
To be honest, aside from the challenge tie in, it's a so-so snapshot at best. Can really only see about half the faces, none of the people are smiling much. Focus is good except on the fast-moving kid at the end of the table. Then there's the selective desat which looks more like an attempt to make sure people see the challenge relevance - like if you could've drawn a red arrow pointing to the cake, you would've done that. It doesn't work at all for me in an artistic way. If the challenge tie-in is not obvious, it is best to plainly put it in the title, preferebly in a short and clever way.
Hang in there though!
Hope this was helpful. |

One Down, Four to Goby edwalk74Comment: "Ya take one down, pass it around...." - hey you forgot the "Pass it around" part! :(
Lighting is a bit yellow - don't know if that is intentional, but would prefer a clearer / whiter light. Good concept though. |

From someone who does not like floral shots much: Very well done! Hang it on the wall. :) |

Familyby Moose101Comment: Great capture! Interesting distribution of the subjects. Crop is a bit close on the bottom, but very well done. |
