Well you just can't hide the utter jubilence and excitement on that face! WOOOHOOO is what this expression says to me. You could've left the DNMC out of the title and called it "Pet Holiday Party Hats" and nobody would've been the wiser. Merry Christmas to you and him (her?) also. Or should I say "Meowy Christmas"?
