The contrast seems too low as the highlight on the metal is grey not white.

I think the border is a bit distracting, and also, the focus seems a bit soft, try applying USM in post processing.

The left is cropped too close to the apple and the shadow from your lighting is a bit distracting. Looks like you just used a flash.
