I like the circular pattern that is being created by the reflection. I feel the crop is a bit too tight on the top I would have liked to see a little more of the bridge.

great idea, forcus needs work. A shot like this needs to be sharp as a tack all around. I would also like to see a stronger distinction between the glass and the background on the left side and the top of the glass. It seems to be melting into the background and not poping off of it.

I would have liked to see some more details in the feathers here. and the lighting seems a bit flat, perhapse it could have been spruced up a tad in post. However I feel the composition is working very nicely for this shot.
