should have cleared out the spider web along the railing next to the concrete pillar. overall nice composition, i'd probably crop 5% off of the left side. nice colours, good lighting. i'd say the hand underneath seems a litlte like its "floating", perhaps if she were holding the rail with both hands instead of having them overlapped it would look a little more natural. 6/10

colour seems a little muddy, perhaps thats from trying to isolate the blue? think the blonde hair could have been brightened to give a nice accent to the eyes.
