Waiting For The Lightby riotspyneComment: Nothing spectacular on the processing. I individually selected the statue, the sky, and the ground and adjusted levels and brighness and contrast. Then used some dodging and burning. I think I put a Black and White layer over it too. I did about 5 different edits of this with intentions of putting it in the light challenge but was never really happy with it and didnt think that people would see how it fit the challenge. |

3by riotspyneComment: Your seeing a 3, duh.....just kidding. This was food coloring and water that I put onto wax paper with a syringe and layed over a light. My camera started trippin and by the time I got it working right it had blead through the paper. This was the test shot to see if it was worth redoing. The answer was no. It wasnt comeing out like I saw in my head, but I kinda liked the burnt look on this one anyways. |

Nope the edited version is much better. Kudos to you for getting such an intersting image out of a camera phone...wow |

Appreciate the words. Riotspyne, not sure exactly which shot you're thinking of, but the B&W ones (though I liked them a lot, some of my faves) I just didn't see breaking any ground :-)
Edit: the 50 4's I got are a wee bit sad. I don't care tho! I love this shot. |
Yeah, thats true. Nice job all together though. |
