Great stop action. The whole image tells a story. The pitcher, the fieldsman (sorry I am not a baseball fan), the people behind the fences...they all they their own emotion. Good work.

I am really biased when it comes to images. Carefree images, especially of children, are best when they are not looking at the camera.

Dramatic images of children...can include looking at the camera.

This one is the better of the carefree images...she is looking away and is happy. I can picture this one in a brochure for clothes.

Better composition but the light distracts me...the light is coming from behind. Hmmm...here's an idea for you!!

Reshoot...same time of the day...but get her higher...so she is on the horizon. Drop the shutter and silhouette/backlight her with this pose...excellent shape and angle.

Out of all of them, this one is my favourite. Why?? Because even though I know that she is aware you have the camera...her pose with the crossed arms and the upcurled toes tell me another story. She is leaning against the edge of the image with vacant area on the right. This faces her 'into' the image...not out of it.

The BW tones remove all identity to the viewer as to the story behind the image. The viewer therefore has to work it out for themself...lending them to view a little longer.
