I would love to find something positive to say, but for the life of me I just can't. The image is too small (please utilize the full 640 pixels you are allotted) and out of focus. The subject matter borders on comedic and obscene.

Certainly a beautiful shot, but a few things jump out at me. The selective desaturation works well for this particular image, but the skins seem to be overly smooth. I think you went a little heavy on the NeatImage. As far as the pose in concerned, the placement of the hands feels a little "forced". The expression is great and the model is certainly beautiful, but the forced placement of the hands takes away from the overall "pensive" feel to her expression.
