A different way of lifeby VanGoghComment: IMHO...The gate in the foreground is very distracting and the tree on the left detracts from the house. The background seems washed out. Maybe a shot inside the fence (if that's even possible) at more of an angle when the lighting is not so harsh would help. |

Weekend cottage.by tasha4pawsComment: what a beautiful location... I understand why you cropped it the way you did, but the result makes the house seem small in comparison to the surroundings... I'm not sure how this could have been improved, but I feel it is lacking in punch. |

"Doc's Dock"by sfarrell23Comment: Definitely shows excess material wealth, but the picture feels somewhat "snapshotish"... lacks composition... the house is dwarfed by the foreground and background and the cropping is a bit tight on the boat. |
