Dignityby TychoComment: This is a nice shot with good bokeh. Composition is great. My only problem with it is the lost eye. The eye really needs a little light. Still, good job and bumping up. |

Pistil and Stamenby umbrisComment: The gray tone of the background is not complimentary to the subject, and the subject needs a bit better focus in my opinion. The angle is ok, and the subject is interesting. |

Pipe Dreamsby maxjComment: Subject is different, and bokeh is ok. I don't like the landscape layout for this shot. I also think it would have been better if it were not centered. |

Former Glories - Lotus 49Bby PeterCComment: I am generally not a fan of pics of toys. This one is the exception. Great use of related bokeh. I think the colors could have been bumped up a bit but otherwise nice job. |

One lump ot two..by jonpinkComment: Good bokeh. Colorful and interesting. The only thing distracting to me is the out of focus green dot in the foreground. Good luck. |

Masonby jenesisComment: Cutie. My personal preference would be to see this as a closer face shot removing the swing; however, it is nice this way as well. Good bokeh. |

Binky Bokehby -crtComment: Different. Nice focus on the subject. Good bokeh background connected to the subject. Good composition. Something about this doesn't work for me, but it is not technical. I think it is the fact that the background is a baby with no face. I don't really know how else to explain. Good effort, and I could see this being in demand as a stockphoto to be used in parenting magaziines. Just not something I would hang on my wall. 8. |

Portrait of a Cowby SammieComment: What a pretty cow. The composition has potential. I think it could have been improved if you had squatted down a bit, for a more direct angle on the cow and the inclusion of a bit of level skyline. The seemingly off level landscape, showing a smidge of sky on only one side, is distracting. The background cows are great. Message edited by author 2005-01-20 01:14:37. |
