I like how the grains seem to be paying tribute to the damselfly. For yes, it is a damselfly. (Probably a blue ringtail, if you look up "damselfly" in Wikipedia ;-Þ ). Well placed, good work, Justin.

My parents have an old framed print of it (etching or something) so I'm quite familiar with it. I didn't know it sold Antique and Modern Shoes, though (that must be a recent thing).

I'm also reminded of a cartoon that shows the shop with hundreds of cats approaching it (because cats are curious...)

I really thought this was a perfect example of low key and I'm very disappointed at this low score. And it is not in any way underexposed, baghead.
Perhaps one mitigating factor is people would prefer frogs to toads.
And as it seems I am no good judge of my own photos, I'm giving up on voting (at least for now until, I get more time).
