Colourful lifeby imagine74Comment: I like the clarity, colours and sharpness (though a little less sharp at the bottom, due to lens distortion, I guess). It looks kind of Mediterranean, but may be Portugal.

Memorial Day by pitsamanComment: That's a whole different world to me (I don't even know what the memorial is for specifically). The sort of photo that would go well in the archives, and they'll say, "This is what our town was like 100 years ago.")

silky smoothby shoggyComment: Unusual choice of colour, I must say. I mean, it doesn't look like the natural colour of the flower. Perhaps too much of the out-of-focus petals in the foreground, but an interesting study of light and shade.
