I like the contrast of the sunlit branch on the floor with the silhouette of the tree though I think perhaps half a stop or so of brightening would help bring out more detail

Although your subject strikes a soewhat awkward pose it adds some dynamics into the image. Works well in mono though I think the shade of the lighting is darkening down what ought to be a bright sunny winter image

A lovely interesting ceiling with nice subtle colouring but for me it is dominated by the ceiling light and to be most effective it could benefit from more symmetry, good luck

Interesting image, I like the way you have cropped the coffee one, its taken me several moments to see the coffee bean background, sorry. This would make a good adverising shot with the message 'I love coffee' I hope that is what you are trying to portray? What I think I would have done would be to replace the yellow of the rose with a shade nearer those of the crockery.

A pleasing portrait, good focus and DOF and lighting, I think the catchlights in her eyes would be better if one of them was cloned out to a single light source and clone out the one on her tongue and for me it would improve the image, good luck

A very calming image taking full advantage of the placid waters, the composition with the three foreground boulders adds more interest, like the seperation between the calm and rougher waters and the land and sky, good image, good luck

In yer face! I like it! I love his hang dog expression and those beautiful doleful eyes. I think a shallower DOF would have benefited the rather distracting background, nevertheless a great image, good luck

A good viewpoint and composition, I have to be honest and say the selective desat has no real appeal I think I would have preferred it straight mono also the clouds may well have been very dark but in the interests of the image overall I think they would benefit from a little lightening. Good luck

A nice simple straightforward sort of image, the subdued tones work well here but there is rather a lot of, to be honest, boring uninteresting sky, I think less sky and lore foreground would have improved the composition a lot

Marina Lights

Nice night time exposure with lovely colours and reflections but I find the wide angle distortion a little off-putting. Such distortion can often be used to very good effect but here I think straightening of both the verticals and horizontals would have improved the image but anyway, good luck
