I like your viewpoint and panoramic approach but oh, I really do not like the post-processing, sorry. I assume you have deliberately tried to create something unique and original and I applaud you for that but the end result just does not work for me but it may work for others here, good luck.

Oh, sloping seas! In this type of image where it is such a crucial element to the overall image the horizon really should be levelled.
I am left a little puzzled about the title, I can see a couple of objects in the water, possibly people but they are so insignificant that they only serve to distract.
The foreground would have benefited from lightening up and the sign needs cropping out.
I hope you don't take offence at my critique my intentions are to help you.
