"Major Elements" is was not applicable to basic editing. I still don't understand the reason for DQ if USM actually created the effect. Since Basic Editing as of the date of this challenge was "tool based" and USM was legal if applied to the entire image, I don't understand the "spot editing" comment. Was there additional editing that was truly spot editing, or was the miscommunicated USM usage actually all that was wrong? Regardless of whether the DQ stands, was the image actually illegal???? |
