Cy-2.jpgby IvoryComment: Oh yeah! Totally different. But talk about fitting seamlessly in both worlds! He is gorgeous in a suit or in "his" wear. I think here, he looks like his dad?
Keep 'em coming, Sue, I am enjoying your beautiful family! Your portraiture is outSTANDING!

2-jan 2010. portrait of pat and jacobby rozComment: Tee hee. . .before they got serious? Something tells me that being serious takes alot of effort for those two. They have serious faces, but there is an unmistakable sparkle in their eyes :)
I love the way you did this!

Who's Walking Who?by njsabsComment: You have some brilliant senior portraits. What a great way to convey who they are and what they love than doing something like this. She is so sassy and pretty too.

Beachby ChikaZAWaComment: It does have a 70's feel to it. Like one of those polaroid shots -- only this one has a much better quality than those. I wonder what she is looking at. Shells? |

Half A Boyby gsalComment: This is great. It draws you in to the real life of a little boy. The processing and contrasting make it so artful.

another tough day.jpgby SoulJanceComment: Their faces say it all! Even without the title, you'd know they are not having a good day.
I talked with a sports photographer once, and he said that the key is to have a good zoom lens, and a very high ISO so your shutter speed is as fast as possible. He said in sports photography, the extra grain you get from the high ISO is quite acceptable and preferable to having a shot with no grain but is blurry and doesn't stop the action. Its a hard type of photography to do. I've tried capturing the action at baseball games. Its harder than it looks.
I think this is a good story telling shot.
