Great "extreme close-up" capture! ! ! I'm rating this really high becauseI think it's a neat photo that appeals to me alot. I have a feeling you may be getting some "not a macro" comments with lower scores than this deserves. I hope not because it doesn't have to be an official "macro" to fit the challenge. I hope it does well because it deserves to!

Awwww. . . he sure is beautiful!!!!!! I'm voting him very high because the picture really appeals to me. I like his expression, the cepia tone, and it most definitely is an extrememe close-up. I have a feeling you may be getting a lot of "not a macro" comments (I got a lot of those in the last macro challenge, and my score was humiliating). I hope they are not doing that to you. I wonder if you would have cropped this to be more of a "head shot only" if it would have made the picture better. He is so pretty, it almost detracts to have anything in the picture but HIM! Anyway, I hope it does well. I really like it a lot!
