I misread the basic editing rules of using a single photo only. This picture would not have been feasible without either a ND Grad or multiple exposures/HDR in PS. I want to thank all of you who voted for this picture.

PS: If I read the basic editing rule correctly, even if I had used the ND Grad, it would have been DQ'd? Is this understanding correct?

A filter placed on the camera is fine but the equivalent effect carried out in editing is not.

This is a very fine shot. I really like all the greens and the leading line of the stones. This picture was highly underrated I'm guessing because your framing is subtle and not blatantly obvious. I gave you a seven.
