Protecting Her Youngby SDWComment: lovely idea, but i think you need a bit more in the image to really get the point across. also, you might want to look at this as a bw--that brownish water is definitely not appealing. |

Drakeby scrum8Comment: excellent capture. love the details and colors. i'm not sure, but i don't think shots like this are accidental. hope this does well for you. good luck! |

Bad smells on the beach...by RiderGalComment: interesting image, more interesting title. love the reflection, but not too keen on the overall composition. hope this does well for you. good luck! |

Sunset Glowby naomikComment: i have an idea as to what you are after, and love the composition and colors. unfortunately, the image is coming across a bit on the soft side, when it seems to need that razor sharp focus. good job with the lighting. hope this does well for you. good luck! |

White on Blueby taceComment: i like the idea, but feel that your execution has let you down. the lighting is just a bit too strong, and a lot of the details and textures that could make this a rich image are missing. also, the focus is just a bit too soft. not sure what was in the background, but it is more of a distraction that a complementing element. |

Orchid Studyby geminiwbComment: this looks to be an interesting flower, but the composition isn't really knocking me over. i like the lower colors, but the background and upper petals seem a bit flat. maybe a different crop might have made this a bit more dynamic. |

Spider's High Riseby viajeroComment: pretty shot. lighting is a bit harsh, but, all the same, you haven't let it blow out your details. hope this does well for you. good luck! |

Rising Sunby WawaaComment: i'm sure this was a beautiful moment, and i appreciate your capturing it. sunrise it truly my favorite time of day. however, here, i think the buildings don't really add much of interest to the shot. |

On My Daily Walkby MonaComment: interesting image. you might consider a shadow/highlight adjustment, though, to bring out some of the detail on the animal. as is, it's just too much in the shadows to really appreciate. you might also consider a less centered composition the next time you happen upon one of these beasts. it's one thing if you want to shoot a straight documentary shot, it's another thing if you want to create an engaging image the captivates and keeps the viewer for awhile. hope this does well for you. good luck! |

Wellington Nightsby JimBoSSComment: this looks like a vista that has potential, but for this image, it's a bit too soft. the composition is ok, but i can't get enough of a feel for your primary subject to really be taken in by it. if that's water down below, though, you might want to scout around for some places to shoot the reflections... |
