What'll You Have?by TuckersmomComment: you know what i think? i think it's time for you to do a whole series on this place! you've such a great eye for making the everyday come to life, and this is no exception! for me, this is the type of shot i can't do anything with buy enjoy it, while hoping for more like it... |

Fawns drinkingby sfaliceComment: great job, taking advantage of the opportunity. one thing i really like here is how well the subjects natural camoflage is working (too bad about the challenge timing...). the moment is spectacular, and the reflections are priceless! this sure is an extreme change from shooting jets, wouldn't you say? |

The Old Bridgeby UNCLEBROComment: how old is this shot? i don't think it quite looks like this any more :-(
this is beautiful. very nicely exposed. i know you can't have everything, but this shot would be very cool with a moran tugboat guiding a barge or container ship up the river... |

Garden of the Gods, Colorado (panoramic)by JRalstonComment: holy smokes, i hope you're getting this printed out large! i am so jealous. i got to spend a couple months out in colorado years ago, and this is one place i didn't get to go. this is simply stunning! |

The Badlands: Nature's Primary Colors (no PP)by GentleSoulComment: this is GORGEOUS! it's a lot of fun, following all the lines and colors through the image. you might (and this is only a suggestion), play with the curves in photoshop, just to see what happens. i am all for 'out of the camera' shots, but, by the same token, think we do ourselves a disservice by not at least testing out alternatives.
btw, what did you use to digitize the image? |

There You Are!by MakkaComment: what a great moment you've captured! you might want to check this out bw, though, to get away from that vintage-colored background. this might also be a fun one to play with selective desaturization. you did a great job controlling the flash, as well! keep it up! |

like a mirrorby coolharComment: very nice addition to your portfolio, and a nicer addition to your bag! it is a most excellent lens! now all you need to do is to sell off some of the stuff you're not using and get the 16-35 ;-) |
