Splash!by NeuferlandComment: nice idea, but needs some work. first, your autofocus picked up on the water. that's fine, but your dof is too shallow. also, your metering, by picking up on the brightness of the water, left too much shadow on your subjects face. lastly, your hue/sat adjustment did some funny things to the coloring on the water. how can it be fixed? simple. take some test shots, review your histogram, then switch to manual mode, and adjust your av/tv until you are getting a perfect exposure. next, focus on your subject not moving, then switch to manual focus. now, you're ready for a killer shot! |
