Happinessby kashiComment: A very pleasent photo of a little girl. Unfortunately with the way she is leaning backwards and with the lack of more fill it causes her eyes and mouth to be very dark, and also a very strong shadow below her chin. The outfit blends into the background so a backlight would have also helped this.
You have a great little model here so you will lots more chances to improve. Good luck. |

Laughing at usby awesomepossumComment: Wow, the same model as with the globe a couple pictures ago. Must be a family member of the previous photog or a group shoot or something. :)
The severe crop and the lack of sharpness hurt this photo. Once again she is either too close to the background or the background needs to be evenly lit to avoid the problems you can see in it.
Good luck. |

hauntedby cutoutComment: I am glad to see that you decided to go ahead with the validation. :) I would not have questioned it because I recognize you in the photo and know what you can do using camera alone.
Good luck. |

One of The Billionsby lilbluemnm92Comment: Great idea. I think that you need a monitor calibration though. The shot it totally green and unfortunately you can see the shadow behind her so she was not far enouogh away from the backdrop or the backdrop was not lit on it's own. You can also see dark corners at the top of the image where the backdrop was not lit.
A good concept which does not quiet come to fruition. good luck. |

Pushedby WalkingFishComment: I know you were looking for a dramatic effect here and you got it. I am just not so sure that a half of a floating head really works for me. Even a half a stop of fill would have made this much more interesting to me.
I hope it does well for you because it is certainly different then the rest, and that is not always a bad thing. :) |

Delightfully Pinkby jessy_pesceComment: hahaha. thanks I needed a chuckle.
I think this would actually do pretty well if it were not for the garrish pink background. The high setup of your light being almost straight above and almost in the middle gives pretty much "butterfly lighting" (see the shadow under the nose) Unfortunately that is not gong to help the few skin imperfections. Great looking model with nice hair. :) |

Portrait of an unknown smokerby deemunComment: aka young death?
Great except for the finger touching his nose so it looks kind of odd, and the harsh shadow to the viewing left of his hand. Other than that I like it because it has nice tones and great exposure and the lighting is not flat. |
